What do I get access to with the Week Pass?
The Week Pass gets you to access both the evening events as well as our daytime activities. There is no extra cost associated.
Once you purchase your Week Pass, you will see that all of the evening events will appear on your profile - this is because these events are largescale events for everyone to attend and you have automatic access.
The daytime activities have limited capacity time-slots throughout Freshers' Week, so you will need to book onto anything you want to go to. This booking process will go live in the days leading up to Freshers' Launch. We will email all Week Pass holders as soon as this is live (with some headsup).
When can I book onto Daytime Activities?
You will be able to book onto a timeslot for any Daytime Activity from 6pm the day before the activity begins. To keep things as fair as possible, you will only be able to book onto one timeslot for each event.
Please note: to be able to book onto any Daytime Activities, you must have purchased our official Freshers' Week Pass.
I need support related to my ticket / account, who should I contact?
If you could please email email@example.com and state further details about the event or topic you are asking about so we can deal with your query as quickly as possible.
I need support related to the event / event organiser, who should I contact?
If your query is related to the event, it is best to speak with the person who is organising the event (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you message native they'll try to help but may not have information that relates to the event itself. For example, what time a guest will start speaking, if there is a dress code or anything similar to that.
What is native?
native is a student events discovery platform that aims to deliver the best experiences to students. Our website and app show events in your city and now we power websites like NUSU's.
